Come proteggere i dati dello Studio: applicare il GDPR Privacy in modo efficace – Bologna
Il Workshop:
Dal 25 maggio 2018 ha piena applicazione il GDPR – Regolamento Europeo 2016/679 – in materia di protezione dei dati personali, recepito in Italia con il D.Lgs. 101/2018 (in vigore dal 19 settembre 2018). La normativa, con un impatto importante sulle procedure organizzative dei Professionisti, rende obbligatori nuovi adempimenti e una gestione dei dati che deve seguire il principio di Responsabilità (Accountability, art. 24) rispetto agli interventi messi in atto.
L’obiettivo del workshop, organizzato da Alavie in collaborazione con ANC Bologna, è di entrare nel merito fornendo la visione d’insieme del quadro normativo, degli obblighi per i Professionisti e delle pesanti sanzioni previste in caso di violazioni e mancanze.
Saranno inoltre approfondite le crescenti minacce informatiche e le misure di sicurezza per garantire l’adeguata sicurezza dei dati dello Studio. Ampio spazio, infine, verrà dato ad alcuni casi pratici di adeguamento al GDPR.

• La normativa: dal GDPR Regolamento Europeo 2016/679 al D.lgs. 101/201
• I ruoli all’interno dello Studio e le tipologie di dati trattati
• Principio di accountability: la responsabilità del Professionista
• Riconoscere i rischi e gestirli con efficacia
PROGRAMMA 2° SESSIONE – ore 15.00-17.00
• Principi di Data Protection: le minacce informatiche ai dati dello Studio
• Come proteggere lo Studio: le misure di sicurezza (fisiche, logiche ed organizzative)
• Come adeguare lo Studio alla normativa Privacy: procedure e casi pratici
• Controlli delle Autorità: ispezioni, violazioni, sanzioni
